Neuropsychological Evaluations

Comprehensive Psychological Services offers neuropsychological testing to assess cognitive abilities and memory skills that may be related to the following conditions:

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
Other Head Injury
Alzeimer's Disease
Dementia
Any other neurological or memory conditions that may require assessment

Our neuropsychological assessments consist of comprehensive intellectual testing, memory testing, and brief psychological testing. Conclusions and recommendations for services are included in the evaluation as well. Several clients come to our office to provide results to treating physicians such as neurologists or family medicine doctors.

Bariatric Fitness Evaluations

Comprehensive Psychological Services, LLC performs evaluations for clients that are in the process of undergoing bariatric surgery. As part of the requirements for bariatric surgery, the client participates in an evaluation to ensure that they are psychologically capable of complying with the surgical process and following through with the aftercare plan. A psychological report is produced based on the accumulated information. At the conclusion of the report, a determination is made pertaining to the client’s suitability for bariatric surgery and treatment recommendations if applicable.
